This technique is used within the practice to assist clients with making better choices, managing negative emotions, depression, anxiety, reducing conflict, improving communication. In addition, it has been proven effective with assisting client's in gaining insight and self control in various situations. Pause Process Proceed promotes positive and rewarding outcomes for those who are experiencing difficulty managing triggers, stressors, or day to day challenges.
